Our Superior Cave room is ideal for those looking for something extra special or just want the extra space. With a Queen sized bed, this room is suitable for 2 persons, but it can also be configured into a twin or triple room with the addition of a folding/roll-away bed (suitable for children, teens or small adult.
Located on the ground floor level, the Superior Cave room is accessed from the central courtyard. It has a small private ensuite bathroom as well as a large in-room bath (more than adequate for 2 persons). Enjoy a soak in the deep tiled in-room bath set into a nook of the cave for the perfect relaxing end to a busy day of sight-seeing.
There is a small window opening out into the inner courtyard.
There is central heating in winter (in-room controlled). Please note that our rooms do NOT have air conditioning but a pedestal fan is available on request – however cave rooms are naturally cool (especially this one, our deepest cave).
Yes, breakfast is included. In summer months, enjoy breakfast on the terrace with views of the Goreme fairy chimneys, In winter, enjoy the views from the centrally heated restaurant. Breakfast starts with the traditional Turkish style plate which includes fresh bread from the local bakery, jams and honey, a selection of cheeses (peynir), tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and eggs cooked to a different style each day. This is accompanied by additional items which change daily – for example, fresh fruit salad and yoghurt, pancakes, various Turkish specialties such as gozleme (cheese filled pastry), menemen (special omelette) and sigara börek (fried cheese pastry). And of course, there is freshly brewed tea and coffee available throughout the day.
