The Wine House

After the grape harvest, the fruits of the family's summer-long work were brought here. Some grapes were dried and set aside to be sold during the winter, while the rest were used to make grape juice, molasses, vinegar and wine.
Once a place where the vineyard's harvest was transformed, this cave room still carries the spirit of Göreme's traditional grape culture and craftsmanship.
The story that began in the vineyards was transformed here into grape juice, molasses and wine.
