The traditional Turkish... read more breakfast every morning is delicious, and includes various home-cooked traditional dishes. Sitting on their rooftop terrace each morning and looking over Goreme was a pleasure!! It’s a great location for accessing hikes in the area and you can easily book balloon flights, tours, airport transfers through them. We did the two long ‘loop’ hikes through many valleys and the balloon flight ( which was a once in a lifetime’ experience). Surreal, peaceful and beautiful. It’s right in the centre of town so easy access to the many restaurants and great viewing spots for sunset and viewing balloons at sunrise too. We highly recommend it!!
